How does the login to Riverty Back in Flow work?

The login has 3 levels: Reference number, postcode and PIN.

You will find your reference number on our letter or in the subject of the e-mail.

The login is located on the homepage of this portal under the heading "Pay right here". Once you have submitted your reference number, you will be taken to the payment area.

Alternatively, you can scan the QR code on our letter or use the link in our e-mail.

If you also enter your postcode, you can access further services in the self-service area.

Finally, the PIN protects your personal area. There you can view details of the claim, change your personal data and send us messages.
